Annual Picnic (Early Fall) - September 8, 2024 Location: Thirsty Goat restaurant, 4-6 pm
Neighborhood Garage Sale - May 2-3, 2025 (Anticipated date!)
Support of larger community with tree diversity (berm) and use of sustainable plantings and products for landscaping
Communication links are provided through an email network, HSNA website, USPS mailings, and Facebook page.
When the Neighborhood was initially established, the Association and each Homeowner became responsible to comply with the Covenants, HSNA Bylaws and 2009 Amendment. The Covenants are quite voluminous, so the Association has distilled a Summary which should provide concise awareness to the basic rules and reference to the applicable section for more detail.
If you have an interest in organizing a committee for additional activities or projects, please contact a member of the Board of Directors.
Check back often to learn about events, news and other topics of interest.

Urban Forestry- city of fitchburg
There is a variety of resources on the City of Fitchburg website that include Tree Owner Information—providing guidelines tree care and recommendations for specific tree species (with photos) for our region.
https://www.fitchburgwi.gov/673/Tree-Planting-Guide
Questions specific to the health of terrace trees should be directed to Anna Healy, City Forester & Naturalist, Anna.Healy@fitchburgwi.gov.
Please note that our neighborhood trees experienced substantial stress last year due to drought conditions (in addition to sidewalk replacements). Given the excessive rain this year, they probably do not need extra watering, but please monitor. This includes terrace trees.
